Red Deer Arts Council

Red Deer Arts Council is a non-profit organization dedicated to inspiring, supporting, and promoting arts and culture throughout Red Deer and Central Alberta. Through education, advocacy, community programming, and creative events, the organization connects and empowers visual, literary, and performing artists of all experience levels while fostering a vibrant and inclusive creative community.

Through this partnership, Central Sport is proud to support the Red Deer Arts Council by helping amplify community events across the region, strengthening volunteer capacity at key programs and festivals, and increasing access to arts and culture opportunities for residents of Central Alberta.

Community members are also encouraged to get involved by joining the Central Sport volunteer team to help support arts and culture events throughout the region. Volunteers play an important role in bringing events to life—supporting everything from event operations and guest experience to setup, coordination, and on-site logistics.

Together, we are working to celebrate creativity, build stronger community connections, and ensure that arts and culture continue to thrive alongside sport in our region.
